Home Website Survey

The Centre of Excellence in Severe Asthma has developed the “Severe Asthma Toolkit” as a resource for clinicians to guide optimal asthma management.

Through this survey, we hope to gain insight into who accesses the Severe Asthma Toolkit and how it is used. The results from this survey will inform the continued development of the Severe Asthma Toolkit and future translation and implementation activities. Any feedback you provide will be greatly appreciated.

If you would like to explore the Toolkit first, you can access the survey at anytime using the Website Survey link at the bottom of each page.
